Companies should not delay their interview process!

In today’s rocky global economic climate, many companies who can hire believe that they are entirely in the driver’s seat when it comes to recruiting candidates. This is not the case. In the Massachusetts job market, candidates who have strong skills in Software Development, Web Development, and Software QA, are getting multiple job offers. These candidates remain in high demand and companies—start-up, mid-size, and FORUNE 500, are vying for them. This same scenario holds true for candidates with exceptional Software Product Management and Software Product Marketing experience. We advise our client companies to complete their due diligence on a candidate, but if they identify a solid candidate for a particular position, they should not delay the interview process as the candidate is likely to receive other offers.
